How to Engage Vertex Core
We are a Canberra-based Australian small business. Engagements are fixed in scope and price, and sized so agencies can engage us through the pathway that suits their circumstances.
Ways to Engage
Direct Engagement
Our fixed-scope engagements are priced to sit below the Commonwealth Procurement Rules non-construction threshold, so agencies can engage us directly without an open approach to market. The 2025 CPR amendments also require agencies to consider Australian businesses and SMEs first for procurements below threshold — we are both.
Current CPR thresholds and eligibility should be verified against the latest published Commonwealth Procurement Rules at time of engagement.
BuyICT and the Digital Marketplace
Vertex Core is not currently registered on BuyICT or the Digital Marketplace. We can be engaged directly under the CPR thresholds above, or as a subcontractor to a seller already registered on these platforms.
Panel Arrangements
Not currently on a panel — we can be engaged directly or as a subcontractor to your existing panel provider.
Subcontract to a Prime
We work as a specialist subcontractor to advisory and systems integration firms who need AI, Azure or Microsoft Fabric capability they do not hold in-house. Delivery accountability and client interface remain with the prime.
